My background is intentionally unconventional.
I spent years guiding expeditions across four continents — overland trips, ocean crossings, wilderness adventures, paddling experiences. I learned the power of movement, connection, fun and authenticity. I learned how to read individuals and groups in pressure situations, how to hold the balance of play and deep work, and create the conditions where people have the time of their lives and surpass what they believed was possible.

I've spent the last 21 years coaching emotional intelligence, nervous system regulation, and conscious leadership to executives and teams across public service, healthcare, education, and all private sector industries.

I started off as the campfire-coach, journeyed through a lot of boardrooms, and have come full circle to combine all of my passions and skills to bring the most transformational experiences to all whom I partner with.
