The Male Leadership Paradox

We're expected to be strong, yet sensitive. Decisive, yet collaborative. Confident, yet humble. Provider, yet present.

No wonder we're exhausted.
Here's what I've learned after decades of my own journey, and coaching men through this paradox: The answer isn't choosing one side or the other. It's not about being less of a leader or more of a pushover. It's about understanding that the conditioning that helped us succeed professionally - the armour we put on every morning - is the same thing that's keeping us from the connection we crave.

I used to think showing emotions was a weakness. Then I realized that hiding behind "I'm fine" when I wasn't was actually the weakest move I could make. My wife felt it. My kids felt it. My staff felt it.

The paradox resolves when we realize that real strength is being able to say "I'm struggling" to someone who gets it. Real leadership is showing others it's okay to be human.

That's why I created:
ACE

For guys to have the space, the environment and the support to explore who they are when they drop the armor.
You can read more about ACE here.

With you on the journey,
